Heaven's Edge Villa is ideally situated in the beautiful Pissouri Bay area of Southern Cyprus, midway between Paphos and Limassol. As you approach Pissouri Beach, look up to your left, and you will see the prestigious Ampelohori development nestling into the hillside. Built in 1984, Ampelohori has gained an enviable reputation over the years, due to it's exceptional location and the high standards set by Mr. Christophoros Pelekanos, who made his dream a reality by conceiving and building the village - standards which are still upheld by his family who run it today.

Heaven's Edge Villa is unique on the village. Occupying the largest plot on the development, the villa is blessed with far more space, both inside and out, than is normally found with a property of this type. This one-off design boasts many unusual features, and offers every comfort for a quiet, relaxing holiday. The Villa faces south, and enjoys the full benefit of the Mediterranean sunshine from morning to evening. Being set into the hillside and slightly elevated, it offers views of the EU Blue Flag Certified Pissouri Beach, whilst managing to remain sheltered, yet not overlooked.

The well established gardens add to the charm and privacy of the location, and there is a choice of peaceful suntraps. Outdoor tables and chairs are provided, as well as adjustable sun loungers with shades. There is also a spacious covered barbeque area with plenty of space for al fresco dining.

The sense of spaciousness continues when you step inside. The Villa sleeps four, (five if the folding bed is used). The large lounge seats eight in comfort, and the dining kitchen seats six.

The lounge, dining kitchen and bedrooms feature vaulted ceilings, to help in keeping these rooms naturally cooler. Both bedrooms also have air conditioners, provided at no extra cost, to keep the temperature controlled during those warm nights.

A major refurbishment, carried out during the 2004/5 winter season, includes a new lower patio/sun bathing area, and private swimming pool. Maintained regularly throughout the year, the pool measures 9m x 4m (approx. 30ft x 13 ft), and features large Roman steps to one side. Depth: 1.2m (4 ft) to 1.9m (6 ft 3 in).
